1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect when it arrives.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.
  • The return request is submitted within 2 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear.
  • Products that lack original packaging or have missing accessories.
  • Items bought during clearance, final sale, or special promotions.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Approval & Pickup: Our team will assess your request and arrange for a return pickup if it meets the criteria.
  • Refund/Replacement: After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (bank, UPI, or wallet).
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued to your bank/UPI account.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges depend on product availability.
  • If the replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
